Carter the best candidate

In my opinion Johnny Carter is the best candidate for the vacant position of West Monroe Alderman and I urge my fellow citizens of the City of West Monroe to vote for him in the upcoming election on March 24th.
Johnny is a dedicated husband and father, a successful business man, an active member of his church, and an energetic member of his community.
Johnny will bring a new vision to our city government with the stated goal of making West Monroe a better place to live, work and prosper.
