Ricky J. George, 21, Haleigh A. Malone, 19, both of Eros, and Cody J. Hare, 17, of West Monroe, were cited after agents responded to an illegal night hunting complaint called into the Jackson Parish Sheriff's Office. First Baptist, foundation team up to provide counseling at schools Three Ouachita Parish schools will have a new counseling service provided by First West Counseling Center and funded through Living Well Foundation. The foundation, along with Ouachita Parish Schools' officials and representatives from First Baptist Church of West Monroe, unveiled the new program Tuesday.
